• 2014 “là-bas” Chardonnay

  Colour: Bright, silver straw

  Nose: Delicate floral

  Palate: 2014 a cooler year for the site. Curd texture, mouth feel long finish. This wine is tight, shall live long due to only the vineyard’s acidity.

• 2015 “Cherish” Rosé

  Entirely Shiraz, this fruit was picked specifically for rosé.

  Made in the Provencale style: whole bunch crushed, into the basket press, pressed and let to wild ferment in three to four year old French barriques leaving to lay in barrel for nine months.

  Barrel stirred for texture and mouth feel. Light crimson copper hue in the glass. Subtle oak with savoury quince notes, berry fruits and fresh acid giving it a clean dry finish.

  Alcohol 13.5% | Cellar/ Drinking A spring/summer wine best enjoyed early. Can cellar two years.

• 2012 Shiraz

  Colour: Purple glint highlights.

  Nose: Briar forest, dark spice mace and clove warmth.

  Palate: Dark fruits, bramble, length of oak. Tannins there for the stead of time. The acid balance to carry the mouth filling fruit. A more inline wine, finer than the 2010 vintage; will hold well to cellar.

• 2012 “Gallice” Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec

  Colour: Dark, rich, ruby tinted.

  Nose: Depth of black fruits with mocha highlights. Some cigar box and dried leaf notes.

  Palate: The fruit pure and long lasting in the mouth. Enduring length of fruit presence weighted with ample acid and seamless tannins. This wine will go on for many years.

• 2012 Merlot

  Colour: Dark cherry hue

  Nose: Cedar, plum, mulberry

  Palate: Damson plum fruit binding. Tight acid and tannins to grow with this wine.

  A careful decant will reward with this wine.
